Xis Innovation Corp. does not market, solicit, take orders for, or dispense prescription pharmaceuticals over the internet, nor does it operate an online/e-commerce checkout portal. Because 100% of transactions are conducted strictly face-to-face as Card-Present (CP) NFC Tap-to-Pay terminal transactions by licensed local pharmacies, Xis Innovation Corp. is exempt from Internet Pharmacy / Mail-Order Pharmacy regulations and LegitScript e-commerce certification requirements.
Xis Innovation Corp. operates strictly as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) providing mobile deep-linking infrastructure. Xis Innovation Corp. is not a pharmacy, wholesale drug distributor, e-commerce storefront, or financial aggregator. All customer credit/debit card transactions are executed directly between the patient and the physical pharmacy's merchant account via direct merchant processing.
Xis Innovation Corp. does not support remote web payments or card-not-present (CNP) e-commerce processing. Every transaction executed through the Xis SDK requires physical NFC Tap-to-Pay contact at the patient's doorstep, qualifying all transactions for terminal point-of-sale processing under Pharmacy Category Code (MCC 5912).
Sub-account activation is programmatically restricted to verified physical retail dispensaries. Xis Innovation Corp. requires proof of active licensing from provincial governing bodies (such as the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba or Ontario) prior to onboarding sub-accounts.
The Xis deep-link scheme isolates payment tokenization from patient medical records. Drivers view only non-PHI financial payloads (order ID and copay total due). Zero Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored or processed on courier mobile devices.
